Polarity Therapy
Polarity is based upon the governing principle that we (human beings) have energy, which flows through us, permeating all of our cells and tissues. These energies have specific patterns and polarities. When energy is blocked or hindered, illness, discomfort and disease may occur. During a Polarity session, these energies are released and balanced.
Reiki
Reiki healing energy flows from our Divine Source. With practice, this permeating energy can be channeled. Reiki is intelligent. It knows where to go and what to do, the Reiki practitioner is a vessel for this energy to flow through and out of. Reiki energy can never do harm. It is an extremely helpful and relaxing experience.
Toning
