Mystic Veil Workshop

Using veils, color therapy, and healing energy, we dance a temple dance for each priestess and drape veils for her. As the veils are slowly removed from her body she emerges from her veil cocoon refreshed and full of love!

Rieki Temple Dance & Reiki Yoga

Reiki is Universal Healing Energy. It is typically used in hands-on healing sessions with one or more practitioners working on a single person and beaming Reiki energy with the palms of the hands.

Reiki yoga and Dance are both very similar in that we open to the flow of Reiki within and around us. Our movements are slow and meditative, much like Tai Chi Chuan or Yin Yoga.

A free Level One Reiki attunement is given to each participant during the class!

Temple Dance - Belly Trance

This class is for individuals wanting to experience Trance Dance in a new way. A spiral journey from innward to outward is explored with movements from the ancient art of Belly Dance. Bring a hip scarf and a bandana for your eyes.

Mystic LotusTemple Dance

Using aspects of Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Polarity Yoga, Belly Dance, Trance Dance and Shamanic Journeys we explore movement in a Sacred and Holistic way.

This workshop is focused on creating a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for us to delve deep into our creativity, sensuality. Journeys through breath, sound and movement take each dancer to her own powerful wisdom.

No previous dance or yoga experience required. All fitness levels welcome! Please wear comfortable clothing, a bandana and a yoga mat or blanket to lie on.
